Natasha Berg is a Ukrainian-born, Norwegian-based artist whose work explores the meeting point between light and darkness, where sea, sky, and atmosphere dissolve into one another. Her paintings are driven by emotion rather than motif, using layered textures as a visual language, a way to express what lies beneath the surface.
Working primarily in oil, she builds depth through subtle transitions, soft luminosity, and a carefully refined palette. Each piece holds a sense of stillness and introspection, inviting the viewer into a quiet pause where inner weather becomes visible.
Berg has lived and worked in Norway since 2010. Her atmospheric, textural approach has become central to her practice, creating works that blend memory, mood, and landscape into contemplative, immersive scenes.
