We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To initiate a return, please email natasha.berg@outlook.com and include the following information: 
- Your name
- The title of the piece
- The date of purchase
- The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
- The reason for requesting a return
- The art must be returned undamaged
- If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Please return it in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs come in addition:
- Norway: 149,- kroner
- Europe: 40 Euro
- Rest of the world: 50 US dollar

Normally art work for personal use in many countries do not have any customs fees. But if so the customer will be responsible for the payement of those fees.
